Andy is a passionate Osteopath with a strong interest in helping people move better, recover from injury, and achieve their individual health and performance goals. Whether working with elite athletes, weekend warriors, or those simply looking to live without pain, Andy is committed to providing personalised, evidence-informed care that empowers patients throughout their recovery.

As an endurance athlete currently training in triathlon, Andy understands firsthand the physical and mental demands that training places on the body. This personal experience gives him a unique perspective when working with active individuals, allowing him to relate to the challenges of injury, rehabilitation, and performance while helping patients return to the activities they love.

His approach is hands-on, combining osteopathic manual therapy with dry needling, soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, and tailored rehab exercises. Rather than just treating symptoms, he looks for the underlying cause and builds practical treatment plans that hold up long term.

Andy has a particular interest in sporting injuries, strength athletes, endurance sports, and persistent musculoskeletal pain. He treats through education, movement, and collaboration, so patients leave each appointment understanding their condition and confident they can manage it.

EDEN Stamp

MYOTHERAPIST

Eden brings over 20 years of experience in Myotherapy and comes highly recommended. We feel incredibly fortunate to have her as part of the SKBO team.

She is a remarkable individual—both deeply caring and exceptionally driven. A devoted mother of four, Eden is just as passionate about supporting the health of others as she is about maintaining her own. Wholistic, athletic, and disciplined, she is also a marathon runner and a genuinely outstanding human being. Her wealth of life experience enriches her ability to offer care, empathy, and understanding to her clients.

Eden takes a highly hands-on approach to treatment, utilising a wide range of techniques to restore balance and alignment in the body. She focuses on manipulating muscles and soft tissues to address dysfunction, and when needed, brings the strength and precision required to release even the most stubborn tightness—often found in our athletic patients.

Her passion for health and wellness shines through in her holistic practice. She views the body as an interconnected system and works to restore harmony between mind and body by addressing imbalances and dysfunctions at their root.

Using joint mobilisation, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and various soft tissue techniques, Eden helps clients achieve lasting balance and well-being.

Beyond the physical, Eden is also a believer in the healing power of nature and nurturing.

As she puts it:
“Myotherapy to me is much more than a physical therapy. Touch is a very powerful thing! You can treat stress and anxiety, pain and discomfort—there are so many benefits that come from Myotherapy.”
